Takkens.com is committed to providing quality service to all of our customers. Below, we have listed the guidelines you can expect us to maintain during your experience with us.
All Orders will receive a tracking number within 3 Business Days. Most orders placed before 12:00PM PST can expect to receive a tracking number by the end of the business day, but we occasionally need to fulfill items from a manufacturer’s warehouse, which can take added time.
All orders within the United States are sent via UPS Express shipping methods. Once you have received shipping confirmation, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 business days. Orders within California will usually be received the next day. Free shipping does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. UPS 2 day express is the only available shipping option.
Out of Stock and Backorders
Takkens.com only lists items that are in-stock, however inventory discrepancies and product quality issues can arise. If we are unable to ship your item, we will cancel the order and notify you within 3 business days of the date you placed the order. If your shipping confirmation will be delayed beyond 3 business days, we will contact you within that time period to find out if you would like to wait or cancel your order.
