We offer free returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. If a delivery date is not available, 37 days will be allowed, from the date the order was placed. All returns must be in unworn condition. Shoeboxes should be free of writing, tape, or packing labels. Boxes returned in unsellable condition will be subject to a $5 box replacement fee.
Free returns are issued via a prepaid label we will email to you to print out. Recipients must be able to receive the label via email, print the label, and drop off the package to a valid drop off location to be eligible for the free return. Reimbursement is not available for packages returned through other methods.

Please allow two business days from the date your return is received at our location for our customer service department to process your exchange. Once we have shipped your exchange, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason your return item is not available, we will contact you via the phone number or email address provided on your order.
