Order Processing Policy
Processing Times
All orders require one full business day (Monday through Friday, Excluding Holidays) for processing. Orders received after 1pm PST will be processed the following business day. Please allow an additional business day for processing on orders placed during a weekend, and during the months of November, December, and January.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Times
Takkens.com currently offers free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $75. Please allow 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, Excluding Holidays) for ground orders shipping outside of California*. Ground orders shipping within California will generally be received within 1 to 3 business days*. Shipping transit times begin the day after an order is shipped. FedEx does not pick-up, ship, or deliver on weekends and holidays. (*Please see Holiday Shipping Guarantee for orders shipping in December)

International Shipping
At this time, we cannot accept any orders for products to be shipped out of the United States of America or credit cards with international billing addresses.
Returns Policy
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of the order delivery date. If a delivery date is not available, 37 days will be allowed, from the date the order was placed. All returns must be in unworn condition. Shoeboxes should be free of writing, tape, or packing labels. We recommend placing returned shoeboxes in an additional box, or wrapping them in paper. (Cutting a grocery bag into a flat sheet and wrapping the box with the plain side out works perfectly!) A $5.00 Box Replacement Fee will be charged for shoeboxes returned in unsellable condition.
To receive a prepaid FedEx return tag, please send an email to info@takkens.com with your order number and whether you would like to return your order for exchange or refund. To help us better serve you in the future, please also include a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction with your order.
FedEx will send an email with a temporary login for their website, where a prepaid return tag will be available to print out. For accuracy reasons, return tags can only be accessed once. Return tags will expire 14 days from the date they were issued. An automated email with instructions on what to include with your returned order will also be sent to the same email address.
Refunds
Once your returned order has been delivered to our location, please allow 2 business days for processing. Refunds to credit cards take 24 to 48 hours to reflect on your credit card statement. Refunds to debit cards take up to five days to reflect on your checking account.
Exchanges
Once your returned order has been delivered to our location, please allow 2 business days for processing. An email with the tracking number of your exchange will be sent to the original email address associated with your order. At this time, we are unable to modify the information listed in your original order. Please see the additional notes in your confirmation email for information on alternate sizing/styles shipped.
Gift Cards
Takkens Gift Cards are valid at Takkens.com, Takkenswarehouse.com, and participating Takkens stores. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Purchased made with Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash/credit card refunds. Takkens.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
Taxes and Fees
Takken’s Enterprises (T&B Boots) Corporate Headquarters is located in San Luis Obispo, California. As a result, we are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipping within California. For orders shipped outside of California or to APO/FPO addresses, it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any and all taxes required by their state of residence. Takkens.com does not charge any handling or processing fees.

Our online ordering system uses SSL security encryption. Your information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

In the event that there is an error in pricing, T&B Boots reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for the incorrect pricing.
